Placement Activities at RMS Business School

Placement at RMS Business School is one of the key touchpoints between the institution and the corporate world. Through a well-organized process that includes registration, Pre-Placement Talks (PPTs), and selection rounds, potential employers conduct on-campus recruitment efficiently. Pre-Placement Talks (PPTs)

The placement programme kicks off in October, aligning with the academic calendar, and continues based on mutual convenience with recruiters. RMS invites corporates to engage with students through Pre-Placement Talks (PPTs), where companies present detailed overviews of their organizations to inform and attract top talent. These presentations serve as an excellent platform for both batches to understand more about a company’s values, goals, and opportunities.

What Students Look for in Pre-Placement Talks:

Interview Process

Expert sessions are conducted for professional CV building and group discussion.

Preference and Selection

Students participating in various industries submit a form indicating their preference regarding the Industry, Functional domain and Locations which is the right fit for both the employer and the employer.

Final Interview Preparation

Mock process is conducted to prepare the students for Aptitude test, Group discussion and Personal interview. It also covers domains like Marketing, Finance, Human Resources and others.

Visiting Companies

After understanding the area of interest of the students, the placement cell visits the companies to understand their placement plans for the current year and discuss the Profile, Package and Selection process.

Pre Placement Talks

Companies are encouraged to visit the campus for Pre Placement Talks before the start of the placement session and familiarize themselves with the job profile of the company.

Interview & Final Placement

Companies visit the campus on allotted dates and/or as per their selection process. The Placement Cell also coordinates the signing of the offer letters by the students who have been selected to ensure their smooth transition.
